No one needs to be told how great this song is, you already know. Beyonce’s ‘Single Ladies’ is the perfect, fun, triumphant break up song that never comes across as bitter, it just has that kind of…’um, seriously?’ attitude. I imagine Bey was like, dude, your behaviour is so laughably ridiculous right now I’m just gonna pull on my lil leotard right here and break this f***ery down for you. a) you cheated on me b) I cried for 3 years over that ish c) you see me happy with someone else and NOW you wanna act like you want me? Pssh please. Lemme just do this buzzy dance right here and smack my bum a bit and go, WHOA, OH, OH, WHOA, OH OH OH, OH in your face. Oh, that’s not helping you want me any less is it?
