I was lucky enough to have a very quick chat to Cybele designer, Cybele Wiren, after the show, where she gave me some  insight into her Nocturne collection. Her quotes below:

“The mood is dark and romantic. It’s called Nocturne, it’s sort of a moody piece of music, with piano, the midnight hour, kind of.

I had in mind a girl who dreams of love, and she’s got this really vivid imagination, and it’s the idea that the collection embodies the internal workings of her mind.”

“For our bags, we’ve worked with ‘Kate of Arcadia’, which is a New Zealand bag brand. Katie Smith designs the bags and they’re stocked in our store. We’ve worked with her before, so she made custom bags for us, using our prints.”

It’s amazing to be back. I always intended to be at fashion week, I just took one year off last year, but always intended to be back, it’s great. It’s great to have the show done and dusted.
